    Youth Day (Morocco)

Youth Day is a public holiday in Morocco celebrated on August 21st every year, which coincides with King Mohammed VI’s birthday. This day is dedicated to honoring the country’s youth and their contributions to society. It is a time for the nation to reaffirm its commitment to the younger generation and to celebrate their achievements. The holiday follows Revolution Day, another public holiday, and essentially gives many Moroccans a 2-day period off of work or school. On this day, various cultural events and activities are held across the country, including music concerts, sports competitions, and art exhibitions, to celebrate the youth and their cultural heritage.
