World Food Safety Day

Proclaimed by the UN in 2018 and promoted by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the UN, the purpose of this day is to draw attention and inspire action to help prevent, detect and manage foodborne risks, contributing to food security, human health, economic prosperity, agriculture, market access, tourism and sustainable development.
