14 July

International Non-Binary People’s Day

An international cultural grassroots day, first celebrated in 2012. Its aims are to raise awareness of the issues faced by non-binary people, shine a light on non-binary people and celebrate the community’s vast diversity. This date was chosen because it is the midway point between International Men’s and Women’s Days. The day is part of non-binary awareness week, which begins each year on the Sunday prior to 14 July.
