Imbolc (Republic of Ireland)
Imbolc Aka Imbolg or Saint Brigid’s Day, this is a traditional Gaelic and Wiccan festival as well as the feast day of Ireland’s patroness saint, Saint Brigid. It is a national public holiday in the Republic of Ireland. Imbolc marks the beginning of spring and is one of the four Gaelic and Wiccan seasonal festivals, along with Beltain, Lughnasadh and Samhain.
