Feast of Saints Peter and Paul

A Christian feast day in honour of the martyrdom of apostles Saint Peter and Saint Paul. It is a public holiday in some majority-Catholic countries, including Malta, parts of Switzerland, Peru and parts of the Philippines, and a holy day of obligation in Britain but not in North America, Australia or New Zealand.
