12 April

Day of (No) Silence

Day of Silence was rebranded in 2024 to Day of (No) Silence as it was felt being silent was no longer an option. It was previously a day where students in the United States would take a day-long vow of silence to symbolically represent the silencing of LGBTQ+ students. Since the rebranding, the day is now used to encourage you to speak out and use your voice and to take action against laws that impact the rights and visibility of the LGBTQ+ community.
